Payment Plan Agreement

I understand that professional photography can be a sizable investment. I believe that no one should have to sacrifice the quality of their photos due to restrictions in budget. I offer a convenient, interest-free, 3, 6, or 8 month payment plan to allow my clients financial flexibility.

*Packages or Purchases of $899 or more are eligible for 6 month financing and purchases of $1899 or more are eligible for 8 month financing. If you would prefer to pay in cash, please contact me to make arrangements. A 20% downpayment is required on all monthly payment plans.

Terms of Agreement

I hereby authorize Boudoir Betty to charge the above-referenced credit card account automatically on the dates stated above, and to apply said charges towards the payment of my photography purchase (total cost stated above) until the amount is paid in full. If paying by cash or check, I agree to pay the amount stated above on the date required. If I fail to do so, I acknowledge that images, albums and other products will not be given to me until the final balance has been received. Should payment not be received by the due date, a late fee of $10 will be assessed daily starting on 14th day after payment is due . Images may be deleted 30 days after a missed payment. No refunds on prior payments will be issued. You may add to your order at any time, but a sale is considered final at the time the order is made.
